Introducing your ‘Inner Teddy Bear’ and ‘Inner Teddy Bear’s Hearts’ 💕

We have created free pdf adoption certificates that can be used with our bear that matches the book and comes with his very own mini mental health ruck sack! Alternatively you can use any bear. Then the idea is to get your (school) community to knit or crochet little hearts so that each child will receive one of bear’s inner teddy bear hearts each (including the adults working in the setting). 💕 Please see other Blog posts for ideas on how you can use your bear hearts.

There is a space to name your bear. You may want to make this a whole school/class event and have a suggestion box and vote? Or maybe you/or your class will come up with another idea personal to your school?

There will be a short Growth Mindset story and promise included in child friendly speak to share the mindset behind the project and encourage children to embrace it with their heart, mind and soul!
